Shooting is the primary skill in hockey. The best shooters are the best players.
The shooting station features three different areas that each work different skill sets.
All shooting stations have a shooter tutor to emphasize shooting for the corners or the five hole. Each station has a special flooring to replicate the feel of shooting a puck on the ice. The entire area is covered so the player is free to move around.
Speed Rated:
At Station 1, players' shot speed is measured by a radar and the instant feedback is relayed via a screen above the net.
Pass & Shoot:
At Station 3, special bumper pads allow players to pass the puck to themselves and shoot off the pass. This is a great drill that closely mimics real game play.
Accuracy Rated:
Sensors located in the net as well as the shooting pads constantly measure how many shots are taken and how many hit the mark. An accuracy report is updated in real time.
