Nathan Hatton

BESS, CPT

Nathan is the Manager of  Performance Training THC. He has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Sport Science from the University of Manitoba. He is certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT) by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Nathan brings a wide range of experience in fitness and occupational testing. He has spent time testing in the fields of Fire Fighting, Paramedic, Canadian Forces, and the Winnipeg Police Force. In his time in the fitness field, Nathan has spent much of his time working in Focus Fitness, and U of M working with sports teams, non-athletes, elite amateur and professional athletes. In his time in THC, he manages a Spring Hockey Program called the RENEGADES and works closely with many hockey associations. His personal mission is to help people live up to their full potential both mentally and physically. For atheletes its about performace training and constantly adapting to always changing situations. For the regular Joe its about making healthy choices and implenting this into a fun active lifestyle tailored to your needs. Hockey Training is always about SKILL DEVELOPMENT challenging and pushing yourself to the limit. Nathan's personal and group training background has allowed him to develop a great philosophy on wellness and hockey development. 

Jeff Wood

BPE, CSCS, PFLC

Jeff has a bachelor's degree in Physical Education (Exercise Science) from the University of Manitoba. He is certified as a Professional Fitness & Lifestyle Consultant (PFLC) by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jeff has worked with people from all walks of life ranging from youth to older adults and from couch potatoes to elite amateur and professional athletes. His personal mission is to help people reach an optimal level of health and human performance through educating them on proper nutritional practices and exercise habits to achieve their personal goals and beyond.

Glenn Carnegie

BESS, CSCS, CFC

Glenn has a degree in exercise and sport science from the University of Manitoba. He is also a certified fitness consultant & a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Glenn is the Skills Coach for the Vancouver Canucks entering into his third year now. He has played professional hockey in Germany, has over 8 years of coaching experience, and is a certified coach level conductor. Glenn is always looking to upgrade his certifications and learn the latest techniques in hockey specific training. He believes to excel in hockey today you must be a complete player; having high skill level is not enough anymore. Players today are bigger, stronger and faster than ever before. Successful players must have functional strength, speed, agility and power. They must be mentally tough and have a strong desire to succeed. It is Glenn's mission to turn his athletes into complete hockey players, allowing them to reach their full potential and achieve their own personal goals.

JP Vigier

J.P. has played over 10 years of pro hockey, 8 years in the Atlanta Thrashers organization of the NHL. He has won 2 championship; the Calder Cup with the Chicago Wolves of the AHL and the Turner Cup with the Orlando Solar Bears of the IHL. J.P. also earned a degree in Physical Education while playing on a hockey scholarship at Northern Michigan University. While volunteering countless hours to hockey and hockey schools all over North America, he has gained insight on the ability to develop today’s new athlete in a positive environment. His passion is to see athletes develop and succeed to their greatest potential. J.P. now is entering into his third year with Bern in the Swiss A-elite league in Switzerland.
